The Promise, in One Paragraph
Every repair Keegan Water Damage Restoration performs is backed in writing for 365 days from the date of service. If the work we did doesn’t hold within that window, we come back and make it right at no charge. No forms to file, no fees to pay, no receipt to dig up. We have the job on file. That’s The Garrison Standard, and it’s been how we’ve operated since 2005.
What’s Covered
- The workmanship on any job we performed. If something we repaired, dried, extracted, or remediated fails because of how we did the work, that’s on us.
- Parts and materials we supplied and installed. If a component we sourced and installed fails within 365 days, we replace it.
- A return visit at no charge. Getting back out to your home costs you nothing – travel, labor, and the second look are all covered.
- A complete redo when a repair doesn’t hold. We don’t patch a patch. If a repair fails, we do it right the second time.
- Clean-up after the return visit. We leave the site in the same condition we found it, the same way we did the first time.
- Documentation of the return visit. Everything gets written down and added to your job file, including the fix – useful if your claim is still open.
What Isn’t Covered
These exclusions are honest ones. If you read them and think they’re fair, you’re reading them right.
- New damage from a storm, flood, or accident after we left. If a pipe bursts again six months later, that’s a new job – call us and we’ll treat it as one.
- Work performed by someone else after we finished. If another contractor touched the area we repaired and something fails, we can’t stand behind what we didn’t do.
- Parts or materials the customer supplied. We can install what you bring us, but the guarantee applies only to parts we sourced ourselves.
- Normal wear on equipment we didn’t install. Aging appliances and pre-existing mechanical issues fall outside the scope of our workmanship.
- Problems we flagged that you chose not to address. If we identified a concern during the job and noted it in writing, and you decided to defer it, that area isn’t covered – but we’ll still come look if you’re unsure.
- Conditions that were pre-existing and outside our scope of work. The promise covers what we were hired to do, not the whole house.
How to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (361) 317-7269 or book online
A live person answers every call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – nights, weekends, and holidays included. Tell them you’re calling about a return visit under the 365-Day Done Right Promise.
Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when it was done
You don’t need a receipt, an invoice number, or a folder of paperwork. We keep every job on file, and a name and approximate date is usually enough to pull it up.
Step 3: We schedule the return visit
We’ll give you a window and show up inside it – same discipline as the first visit, no exceptions. There’s no fee to schedule and no form to fill out before we come.
Step 4: We make it right
Our technician assesses what failed, does the work, and documents it. You don’t sign anything until you can see what was done and confirm it’s right.
Timing
The 365-day window starts on the date the original work was completed. If you notice something and you’re not sure whether the window is still open, call us anyway. We’re reasonable people. If a concern comes in just after the 365 days and it’s clearly related to our work, we’ll still come look and have a straightforward conversation about next steps. Each Keegan location is independently owned and operated, but every one is part of the Garrison Partners family and every one honors this promise. The standard doesn’t change by zip code.
Questions About the Promise
If you have a question about what’s covered, whether your job qualifies, or what a return visit looks like, call (361) 317-7269. A live person picks up every call, every day of the year. We’d rather answer a question than have you wonder.
