Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file
The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.
Available Franchise Territories
Right now, Keegan Water Damage Restoration has zero locations operating across the country. That means every open market is a protected territory waiting on its first owner. There’s no existing franchisee to compete against, no brand fatigue to overcome, and no scrambling for leftover zip codes. You pick a territory, we protect it, and you build the reputation from day one. First-mover advantage isn’t a talking point here; it’s the actual situation.
Open Markets
These states currently have open territory for Keegan Water Damage Restoration. Each one represents a protected market where no other Keegan owner operates:
- Texas – From Houston’s Gulf Coast humidity to Dallas-Fort Worth’s spring hail season, the state generates steady water and storm damage volume year-round.
- Florida – Hurricane exposure and the highest average annual rainfall in the continental U.S. make this a restoration-heavy market with predictable demand spikes.
- California – Wildfire recovery, earthquake-related water intrusion, and aging infrastructure across major metros create multiple revenue channels.
- Georgia – Atlanta’s sprawling suburbs and the state’s frequent severe thunderstorms keep crews busy through most of the year.
- North Carolina – The Triangle and Charlotte metros are growing fast, and new construction doesn’t stay dry when a tropical system parks over the Piedmont.
- Arizona – Monsoon season flash flooding and slab leak callbacks on older Phoenix-area homes drive consistent call volume.
- Tennessee – Nashville and Memphis both sit in flood-prone basins, and winter pipe bursts add a cold-weather revenue layer most southern markets don’t see.
- Ohio – Freeze-thaw cycles, aging housing stock, and the Great Lakes snowbelt keep restoration companies working straight through winter.
- Pennsylvania – Pittsburgh and Philadelphia’s older housing stock, combined with year-round precipitation, means steady mitigation work.
- Colorado – Front Range hailstorms, flash floods, and high-altitude freeze events create a varied damage profile that rewards versatile operators.
- Washington – Persistent moisture intrusion, marine climate rot, and the Seattle-Tacoma metro’s density support a strong baseline of water damage calls.
- Virginia – Hampton Roads flooding, D.C. suburb expansion, and Blue Ridge freeze events give owners multiple market conditions to work.
How Territories Work
A Keegan territory is exclusive and protected. When you claim a market, no other Keegan Water Damage Restoration owner can operate inside your defined geography. We don’t stack franchisees on top of each other and let them fight for the same customers. Your territory is yours to build.
The territory gets defined by population, damage incident data, and practical dispatch range, not arbitrary lines on a map. We want you to be able to respond inside the window you gave the customer, which is the first point of The Garrison Code. A territory that’s too big is as useless as one that’s too small.
To reserve a territory, you submit your market preference and complete the qualification process. Once approved, you sign your franchise agreement and the territory comes off the open market. We don’t hold territories indefinitely for prospects who aren’t moving forward. The market stays available until someone completes the steps and puts it under agreement.
Each location is independently owned and operated. You’re not a regional manager for some corporate chain. You own the business, hire your own background-checked and uniformed technicians, and run it to The Garrison Standard. We provide the brand, the systems, the equipment relationships with Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry, and the documentation protocols that keep insurance adjusters happy. You provide the local presence and the discipline to show up when you said you would.
The Garrison Standard applies to every job: arrive inside the window, put the price in writing before any work starts, do it by the book the first time, leave the site clean and squared away, and stand behind the work for a full year. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the repair fails within that year, we come back and make it right at no charge. No exceptions, no arguments, no paperwork games.
We don’t promise you’ll get rich. We do promise the system is built around things that actually matter to homeowners: a live person answering the phone 24 hours a day, a written price that doesn’t move at the door, and a crew that looks and acts professional inside someone’s home at 2 a.m. after a pipe burst. Those things convert calls into jobs and jobs into referrals.
Claim Your Territory
Call (361) 317-7269 to speak with a live person about territory availability in your area, or submit the form below and we’ll get back to you within one business day. Markets are going one at a time, and there’s no existing owner to split the geography with.
